The Job:

Are you passionate about agriculture and ready to make an impact in sales? This exciting role puts you at the heart of a growing team, connecting with farmers to deliver tailored feed solutions and drive business success. Work closely with field account managers to grow relationships, maximize sales, and provide top-tier advice to customers-all from the convenience of a phone-based setup.
- Be the go-to expert for farmers, selling a diverse range of products, from palletized feeds to seeds, fertilisers, and calk milk replacers
- Collaborate with field sales teams to uncover new opportunities and boost sales across all product lines
- Lead campaigns, follow up on leads, and ensure farmers get the right solutions for their needs
- Play a key role in growing accounts by cross-selling and driving new business opportunities

The Candidate:
- A motivated sales professional with 2+ years of experience
- Agricultural experience or interest would be highly desirable
- A natural communicator with strong relationship-building and closing skills
- Proactive, results-driven, and customer-focused
- Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM tools

The Package:
- Base salary £28,000-£32,000 DOE
- Commission
