Assistant Farm Manager-Lancashire - £30,000 DOE + Accommodation allowance + Council Tax + Water + Bonus
The Job:
- Managing ventilation, heating, feed, water, and lighting to create the perfect environment for their birds to thrive
- Keep detailed and accurate records of bird health, food supplies and supplier interactions, ensuring everything runs like clockwork
- Use your expertise to make sound decisions autonomously, especially when covering for the Farm Manager

The Candidate:
- Previous management or supervisory experience in poultry
- Strong organisational skills
- Capable of working autonomously when required to cover the Farm Manager
- Excellent communicator
