Farm Financial Secretary - Dundee - £38,000 DOE - Full-time/Part-time - Flexible Working Hours
The Job:
As a Farm Financial Secretary, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the farm. This includes handling book-keeping, preparing financial reports, managing payroll, and overseeing budgets. You will ensure all financial records are accurate and up-to-date while supporting the farm management team with financial insights and compliance with regulations.

A well-established farming company in Dundee Scotland, specialising in arable farming, livestock management, and environmental stewardship. Our operations also include property rentals, making us a diverse and dynamic business. We are seeking a Farm Financial Secretary to help us maintain financial health and efficiency across all areas of our business.
The Candidate:
- Strong experience in accounting and bookkeeping
- Previous experience in a financial role within the farming or agricultural sector is preferred
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-financial team members.
The Package:
- Salary up to £38,000 DOE
