The Candidate:
- Practical farming background
- Experience of operating farm machinery
- Mechanical aptitude would be an advantage
- Computer literate
- Telehandler, cherry picker and forklift certificates would be an advantage
- Hands-on, can-do attitude
- Good team player & communicator
- Full driving licence

The Package:
- Salary £30,000 DOE
- Overtime at 1.5x
- 25 Days Holiday
- Bank Holidays
