The Job:
This is an exciting opportunity for a Grower to oversee production at a brand-new commercial glasshouse in Scotland, producing high volume saplings.
The successful candidate, will oversee the day-to-day operations on site – ground preparation, planting, propagation, growing, pest control, irrigation and harvest of the plants (glasshouse).  You will have a strong technical and practical knowledge of crop nutrition, crop protection and commercial growing specifically with ornamentals.

The Candidate:
- Horticultural experience – growing under glass
- Ornamental experience would be preferred
- Qualified in Horticulture / Agronomy or similar discipline
- Previous experience in a similar position
- An excellent communicator at all levels
- Enthusiastic and motivated.

The Package:
- Basic Salary Circa £45,000
- 35 Hour working week (flexitime)
- Superb working conditions (brand new facility)
- 28 days Holiday + bank holidays
- Employer contribution pension at 25%
