Indoor Pig Farm Manager - Devon - Salary £35,000 + Accommodation
The Job:
This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Indoor Pig Farming professional, managing a 3000-sow indoor pig unit. We are seeking a candidate with previous experience of managing large-scale pig farming operations (farrow to finish).

The Candidate:
- Proven experience in managing large-scale pig farming operations, preferably in an indoor setting
- Strong knowledge of pig husbandry, health, and welfare practices
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to plan and manage production schedules effectively
- Strong organisational and record-keeping skills
- Proficiency in using farm management software and technology
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other stakeholders
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of biosecurity and animal welfare
