Outbound Sales
Outbound Sales – agriculture experience – Remote- Leicester - £32,000 DOE

The Job:
In this role you will play a key part in driving sales of palletised products and a wide range of feed solutions through telephone-based outreach. Working closely with field-based account managers, you will identify cross-selling opportunities and help develop business growth within assigned territories.

A significant aspect of the role involves generating and following up on leads across various product categories, including straights, blends, seeds, additives and calf milk replacer. You will also advise farmers on product selection to ensure they receive the best solutions for their livestock operations.

In addition, you will execute targeted sales campaigns in collaboration with Product Managers to maximise sales growth. Accurate record-keeping is essential, as all customer interactions and activities must be logged in the CRM system.

This is a hybrid/remote role, requiring attendance at the Leicester office just one day per month, allowing you to balance flexibility with team engagement.

The Candidate:

Interest in or experience in sales
- Agricultural industry knowledge or experience is essential
- Highly motivated and results-driven with strong sales and closing skills
- Excellent communication abilities and customer focus
- Proficient in CRM systems; C4C experience is essential
- "Go to market" attitude with a proactive approach to business development

Location/Radius:
-
Leicestershire (remote with 1 day a month in the office)
- Remote applicants MUST have agricultural experience
- Applicants without agricultural experience will be required to work hybrid from Shepshed Leicester

The Package:

Salary £28,000- £32,000 per year DOE
- 7.5% commission on sales
