The Job:
We are seeking a Pig & Poultry Farm Advisor with a strong focus on biosecurity to work across the South West of England. This is a field-based role, offering expert guidance and support to pig and poultry producers to improve on-farm practices in animal health, biosecurity, welfare, and performance.
You will conduct on-farm biosecurity assessments, develop tailored action plans, support regulatory compliance, and deliver technical advice to ensure high standards of livestock health and productivity. Your work will play a critical role in protecting the future of UK agriculture.

With a growing demand for high-level advisory services, particularly in the areas of disease prevention and compliance, this company is expanding its South West team. The Candidate:
- Experience in the pig and/or poultry industry
- Knowledge of livestock biosecurity practices and disease control measures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Full UK driving licence

The Package:
- Basic Salary £40,000 - £50,000 depending on experience
- 20% Bonus (Circa £8,000 - £10,000)
- Company vehicle or car allowance
- Mobile phone, laptop, and all necessary tools of the trade
- Home Based with travel
- Pension scheme
