Rural Chartered Surveyor
Rural Chartered Surveyor – Throughout the UK - £55,000 DOE + Hybrid Working

The Job:
We are looking for a proactive and knowledgeable Rural Chartered Surveyor to join our team. In this role, you will use your expertise in rural land and property management to provide professional advice to a diverse range of clients, including landowners, farmers, businesses and public sector organisations.

Your work will involve supporting clients with matters related to the management, valuation, and development of rural assets, helping them maximise value while navigating regulatory and environmental challenges.

You will be relied upon to offer strategic guidance, whether assisting in the valuation of land, advising on planning and land use, or supporting agricultural and estate management. This role offers variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to work on a wide range of rural property issues.

The Candidate:
- A degree in Rural Estate Management, Surveying, Land Economy, or a related field
- RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) qualification or working towards RICS
- PQE accredited (minimum 2 years)
- Strong understanding of rural property, agricultural law, and land use planning
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and clients

The Package:
- Salary £55,000 DOE
