The Job:
Meeting with customers to understands their needs, and allocates work to Technicians based on expertise. To oversee repairs, ensuring accuracy in parts and labor, and manage invoicing. The role enforces service policies, safety guidelines, and tracks key performance indicators (KPIs).

Responsibilities to include managing tool inventory, maintaining a clean workshop, coordinating technician training and collaborating with the Group Service Manager to review performance. Managing and maintaining relationships with John Deere, supervises the team, assists with recruiting and promotes the business professionally.

Specialising in the sales and service of tractors, combines and other farm equipment, they partner with top industry brands. They also offer maintenance, repair services, and precision farming technology to support farmers.

The Candidate:
- Knowledgeable about John Deere and competing products
- Hands-on experience as a Service Technician
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor team members
- Competent in using standard software applications and quick to learn custom IT systems
- Flexible to work overtime and weekends when needed

The Package:
- Salary £45,000 DOE
- Bonus
- Company vehicle
- 40 hours a week
