The Job:
We are seeking an experienced Workshop, Fleet, and Yard Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our workshop, manage the fleet, and ensure the efficient organization of the yard. This role involves coordinating the workshop team, managing stock and spare parts, maintaining fleet and plant equipment, and ensuring the yard is safe and organized. You will report directly to senior management and work closely with other departments to meet operational needs.

The Company:
We are a dynamic and growing business operating across multiple sectors, including agriculture and construction. With a large fleet of over 140 vehicles, ranging from tractors and vans to lorries, we maintain an in-house workshop staffed by mechanics and fabricators. Our team supports various operations and projects, ensuring our equipment and vehicles are maintained to the highest standards.

The Candidate:
- Proven experience in workshop or fleet management, ideally within a technical or mechanical environment
- Strong mechanical knowledge, with an understanding of vehicle and equipment maintenance
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations
- Ability to manage stock and spare parts effectively
- Background in mechanical or engineering roles, particularly within agriculture, construction, or a similar field
- Hands-on workshop experience with a proactive approach to solving technical challenges
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Full UK driving license; HGV/plant operator license is advantageous but not essential

The Package:
- Salary up to £60,000 DOE
