The Job:
A skilled Agricultural Fabricator is required to perform servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a diverse range of agricultural machinery. This role involves:
- Conducting regular servicing and repairs on agricultural equipment
- Utilising welding techniques to repair and fabricate component
- Carrying out custom fabrication as necessary using a plasma cutter
- Providing relief tractor operations during busy periods, particularly during harvest

A long-established, family-run arable farm based near Abingdon. The farm is well-equipped, running a fleet of modern machinery, all of which are maintained to an exceptionally high standard. The Candidate:
- Strong background in agricultural machinery maintenance and service
- Proficiency in welding and metal fabrication
- Experience operating a variety of modern agricultural machinery
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail

The Package:
- Salary £35,000 - £40,000 DOE
- Accommodation provided
