The Job:
We are seeking passionate Agronomists to join our client’s team, providing expert guidance and support to growers in either Scotland or the East Midlands.
This role is ideal for those with experience in cereals or crop production, eager to leverage their expertise to drive success.

The Candidate:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in agronomy, particularly in cereals or crop production
- A strong understanding of modern farming practices
- Excellent communication skills to advise clients on technical aspects of crop production
- The ability to manage a high workload independently while paying close attention to detail
- BASIS & FACTS qualifications (preferred, but training can be provided)
- A team-oriented mindset and enthusiasm for continuous learning
