Arable Farm Manager - Hampshire – Competitive Salary + Accommodation + Benefits

The Job:
An opportunity has arisen for an Arable Farm Manager to join a well-established farming business in Hampshire. The role involves overseeing the daily operations of a mixed farm, including budgeting, financial planning, capital and input purchasing, and grain trading. The farm has also diversified into projects such as Christmas tree growing, with the position remaining hands-on, including tasks like combine driving at harvest and autumn drilling. The Farm Manager will manage farm operations, including financial planning and resource procurement, while also overseeing grain trading. The role involves direct involvement in seasonal tasks like harvest and drilling, alongside supporting the farm’s diversification projects. Maintaining high health and safety standards and working closely with a dedicated team to ensure smooth operations are also key aspects of the position.

The Candidate:
- Proven experience in a similar farm management role
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong commitment to health & safety
- Attention to detail and pride in high-quality farm operations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure
- Some livestock experience would be an advantage but is not essential.
