Farm Manager
Arable Farm Manager – Norfolk – Salary to £65,000 pa + Accommodation (3 bed Traditional cottage) + Company Car
The Job:
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Arable Farm Manager, we are looking for someone with experience of Arable crops, possess good technical knowledge of soil nutrition, irrigation systems and crop management to optimise quality and yield. The successful candidate will have strong commercial acumen, reporting on farm performance and crop yields. Good attention to detail and record keeping.

An extensive arable farm committed to the highest standards of efficiency and environmental stewardship, producing a variety of cereal crops that support the global food supply. Looking to recruit an experienced Farm Manager to oversee all aspects of our farming operations.
The Candidate:
- Proven experience in Arable farm management
- Crop experience in wheat, barley cultivation, crop management and harvest
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to make data-driven decisions and implement process improvements
- Understanding of health and safety regulations in an agricultural setting
- Valid driver's license
The Package:
- Competitive salary of up to £65,000 per annum
