Assistant Farm Manager – Arable & Vegetable Farm - Cambridgeshire/Norfolk Fens - £70,000 DOE

The Job:
We are seeking an Assistant Farm Manager to support the operations of a large-scale, diverse arable and vegetable farm. This is a hands-on role, where you will assist in managing crop production, storage, and overall farm resource management. We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can ensure smooth daily operations, effectively lead and support farm teams, and drive operational efficiency across the business. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to the continued success of a progressive farming enterprise.

The Candidate:
- Minimum of three years’ experience in arable farming with strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage and support farm teams effectively
- Technical expertise in precision farming, data analysis, and crop management
- Knowledge of compliance, assurance schemes, and regulatory standards
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Agriculture, Crop Production, or a related field (HND/BSc preferred)
- Full UK driving licence (PA, NRoSO, BASIS & FACTS qualifications desirable but not essential)
