Business Development Manager – Scotland & Northern England - Premium Workwear - £60,000
The Job:
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading premium workwear brand, covering Scotland and Northern England. If you are a driven and experienced sales professional with a passion for high-quality workwear, this could be the perfect role for you. In this position, you will be responsible for driving sales growth across farm shops, builders’ merchants, hardware stores, and agricultural retailers. You will develop and maintain strong customer relationships, providing expert advice and tailored solutions while representing a highly respected brand known for its quality, durability, and premium products.
As part of your role, you will manage and expand the customer base within your designated territory, ensuring consistent business growth. Working towards achievable sales targets, you will maximise revenue and market share while contributing to the brand’s strong reputation in the industry. The Candidate:
- Proven track record in workwear sales or a related industry
- Experience working with farm shops, hardware stores, or similar retail sectors
- A self-motivated, results-driven professional who thrives in a field-based role
- Excellent relationship-building and customer service skills
- Strong ability to work independently, managing a territory effectively
The Package:
- Basic salary of £40,000 - £50,000 with a realistic OTE of £60,000+
- Company vehicle or allowance, plus mileage and expenses covered
