Customer Support Manager
Customer Support Manager - Ireland, County Meath - €55,000-€60,000
The Job:
You’ll work closely with internal teams to drive improvements, support New Product Development and sales on quality and safety matters, and ensure product and supplier specifications meet their high standards. Your role will involve developing and implementing policies and procedures that exceed business objectives and participating in HACCP and Food Safety Management.
In compliance, you’ll lead investigations to identify root causes, conduct training on policies and standards operating procedures, and work to prevent no-conformances.
The Candidate:
- 2-3 years in a quality role within the food industry
- Knowledge of the meat industry and microbiology is advantageous
- Auditing experience
- A confident, professional, and positive attitude
- Flexible, resilient, and eager to learn
- Excellent understanding of food safety and quality standards
The Package:
- Salary €55,000-€60,000
- Bonus based on KPIs
- 23 Days Holiday
