Dairy Farm Manager – Northern Ireland - Salary circa £40,000 DOE + House + Vehicle + 28 Days Holiday + Private Health Cover!!!
The Job:
Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We’re seeking an experienced Dairy Farm Manager to become a vital part of our friendly team on our picturesque 250-acre family-run farm in Northern Ireland.
- Lead a dedicated team in managing our herd of 380 cows
- Oversee milking operations and care for our youngstock
- Contribute to sustainable farming practices and ensure animal welfare

The Candidate:
- Dairy experience
- Previous experience within a similar role
- Staff management experience
- Experience in AI and breeding is desirable but not essential
- Excellent stockman-ship with a strong attention to detail
- A team player and exceptional communicator
- Problem solver with a can-do attitude
- Enthusiastic and personable
The Package:
- Basic Salary to £40,000 DOE
