The Job:
This role is pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction through technical expertise, performance insights, and collaborative efforts. You will manage intricate global supply chains and uphold compliance within the UK and EU food sectors. The ideal candidate will bridge technical understanding with commercial success, fostering strong client relationships and ensuring smooth operational execution.

- Ensure all operations align with food safety and legal standards in the EU and UK.

The Company:
A distinguished family-owned business and a leading supplier to the UK’s major retailers, food service, and wholesale sectors, is seeking a skilled Technical Account Manager. This well-established company specialises in delivering fresh exotic fruits and specialty vegetables, offering a dynamic and rewarding environment for growth-oriented professionals.

The Candidate:
- 3-5 years in a technical, commercial, or procurement role within short-shelf-life food products (ideally fresh produce)
- Proven track record in managing complex, commercially driven supply chains
- Regular face-to-face interactions with retail head offices
- Strong project management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage with a demanding customer base
- Fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus
- Full, clean UK driving license.

Package:
- Salary £45,000 to £55,000 DOE
