Farm Manager – Yorkshire - £40,000 DOE + Accommodation
The Job:
We are seeking an experienced Farm Manager to oversee operations at a poultry farm in Yorkshire. You will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring high welfare standards, optimizing production, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations.

The Candidate:
- Proven experience managing poultry farms
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Knowledge of compliance, health & safety, and welfare standards
- Ability to optimize bird performance and farm efficiency
The Package:
- Salary £34,000–£40,000 DOE
- Accommodation, on-site farmhouses, including a three-bedroom bungalow
- Wholesale bird size: 38kg
