Hatchery Manager
Hatchery Manager - Lincolnshire - Competitive salary DOE + Company van (business & personal use) + Benefits

The Job:
-Overseeing the daily operations of the hatchery
-Ensure high standards of animal welfare, biosecurity, and site security are maintained at all times.
-Collaborate with senior management to meet production targets and improve performance.
-Maintain accurate records
-Ensure compliance with relevant health, safety and welfare regulations

The Company:
We are partnering with a renowned farming group, celebrated for producing and supplying premium-quality ducks and eggs, to recruit a dynamic Hatchery Manager for their flagship site in Lincolnshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leader in the industry and make a real impact!

The Candidate:
- Previous experience working in a hatchery environment (duck experience preferred, but poultry experience considered).
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team.
- Knowledge of biosecurity, animal welfare, and health and safety standards in a hatchery setting
- Excellent organisational skills
- Full UK Driving License
