The Job:
-Build and sustain relationships with clients, landlords, and agencies.
-Arrange and conduct property viewings for prospective buyers and tenants.
-Perform routine inspections of rented properties.
-Support the marketing and promotion of rental properties.
-Draft rental agreements and ensure properties meet compliance standards.
-Coordinate with contractors to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance.
-Manage administrative tasks

The Company:
We are currently working with a highly reputable agency to recruit a Lettings Manager based in East Yorkshire. As a Lettings Manager, you will be accountable for the day-to-day management of the lettings department, while proactively expanding the portfolio.

The Candidate:
-Lettings experience is essential
-Strong customer service and organisational skills
-Good computer literacy
-Competent in new business generation and relationship building
-Full UK Driving Licence
-Property Mark Level 3 (MARLA)

The Package:
-Salary to £30,000 DOE
-Hybrid working
-Monday-Friday 35 hours a week + 2 Saturday mornings a month
