Packing Hall Manager - Perthshire - £45,000 DOE + Accommodation
The Job:
Our client, a leading agricultural business in Perthshire is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Packing Hall Manager. This dynamic, hands-on role involves leading a dedicated team within a fast-paced, customer-driven environment. Key responsibilities will include overseeing a team of seasonal staff during the busy soft fruit season, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining food safety standards, including BRC and HACCP compliance. The role also involves stock control, reporting, and ensuring that all products are packed and dispatched in line with customer and company specifications.

The Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food manufacturing and a proven ability to manage and motivate teams in a busy packing environment. With experience in BRC food processing systems and HACCP principles, you will efficiently manage packing hall operations and ensure that the team meets production deadlines while maintaining the highest quality standards. You will be energetic, hands-on, and capable of working under pressure, with excellent organisational and time management skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities are essential, as you’ll be working closely with both staff and senior management.
The Package:
- Competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 DOE
