Farm Manager
Poultry Farm Manager - Cambridgeshire - £32,500 + Accommodation + Council Tax & Water
The Job:
As an Environmental Management professional, you will oversee the ventilation, heating, feed, water and lighting to create the best conditions for the birds. You will maintain meticulous records of bird health, feed supplies and other critical data. Additionally, you will ensure all necessary supplies are available and controlled, including managing alarms and potential call-outs. Prioritising health, safety and hygiene processes, you will ensure that all team members can perform their duties effectively, maintaining a strong focus on animal welfare.
The Candidate:
- Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable
- Capable of working independently and making sound decisions
- Ability to supervise and manage a team
The Package:
- Salary £32,500 per annum plus eligibility to join a farm performance bonus scheme
- 3 bedroom property on site
- Council tax and Water usage included
