Poultry Worker - Shropshire - £25,000 + Accommodation!
The Job:
We are recruiting for experienced Poultry Farm Workers / Egg Collectors, to ensure our clients farm-fresh eggs reach our customers in perfect condition. The role involves precision egg collecting and grading to meet high-quality standards, maintaining safety and bio-security practices and ensuring cleanliness around workstations.
Flexibility in finishing times is required to meet daily packing goals. Responsibilities also include quality control, inventory management, and teamwork to achieve daily targets. Additionally, providing feedback for continuous improvement in packing processes and overall efficiency is expected.
The Candidate:
- Ability to ensure that every egg is packed and graded perfectly
- Punctuality and reliability are crucial in ensuring our operations run smoothly
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle eggs with care
- Thrive in a collaborative environment and are always ready to lend a hand
The Package:
- Salary £25,000 without overtime
- Accommodation Included - 1 or 2 bed room chalet
- Utilities, Water, Council Tax Included
