The Job:
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with an interest in food production and traditional skills. You will receive full training to ensure the very best quality product, making it an ideal role for anyone eager to develop in this field. The position could also suit someone with a background in hospitality who is looking to move into food production while continuing to focus on quality and service.

In this role, you will operate and maintain traditional milling equipment, ensuring both quality and efficiency in the production process. Following safety and hygiene regulations is a key part of the job, as is working with the team to manage grain and flour stocks. This role offers the chance to be part of a skilled team, producing premium products using time-honoured methods.

The Candidate:
- Experience within the agricultural industry is advantageous but not essential
- Strong mechanical skills and problem-solving ability
- Attention to detail and consistency
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Awareness of safety standards, training provided
- Physically fit for manual tasks

The Package:
- Hourly rate £12.21 - £14.00 p/h DOE
- Day Shift
- Hours: 40 - 50 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with weekend availability
