Senior Arboricultural Team Leader - Oxfordshire - £35,000
The Job:
Our client is seeking a Senior Arboricultural Team Leader to join their dedicated team of arborists. This role is perfect for an experienced and motivated individual who is eager to take on leadership responsibilities while continuing to develop their arboriculture career. If you possess strong climbing skills, team management experience, and a commitment to maintaining high standards, this is the ideal opportunity for you.

The Candidate:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in the arboriculture industry and hold relevant NPTC qualifications (e.g., CS: 30, 31, 32, 38, 39, and 41)
- Experience in team leadership
- Strong climbing abilities
- Capable of maintaining high health and safety standards
- Full UK driving licence with towing capability is essential
- Additional qualifications such as an LGV/HGV licence or academic tree qualifications are desirable but not essential
The Package:
- Salary up to £35,000 DOE
- Working Hours: Full-time position, Monday to Friday (7:30 am – 4:30 pm)
