Senior Sprayer Driver - Kings Lynn - Excellent rates of pay + Enhanced Overtime Hourly Rate + Accommodation

The Job:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced tractor driver and sprayer operator to become a key part of our client’s farming operation in Norfolk. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of tasks, including operating modern machinery such as tractors, telehandlers, and loading shovels. Key duties will include performing drill and fertiliser applications, carrying out cultivations, and assisting with root crop harvesting. The role will also involve maintaining accurate records of farming activities and supporting environmental projects, such as hedge planting and other sustainability schemes.

In addition to its core farming operations, the business is dedicated to maintaining environmental practices and places a strong emphasis on the care and maintenance of its equipment and resources. The Candidate:
- Competent tractor driver with relevant experience
- Telehandler and/or loading shovel certificates
- PA1 and PA2 spraying certificates
- Experience with drill and fertiliser applications
- Strong background in cultivations and farming operations
- Good communication skills and record-keeping ability

The Package:
- Excellent rates of pay with an enhanced overtime hourly rate
- Accommodation is available within the package
