The Job:
We are seeking a Technical Account Manager to oversee key accounts in the agricultural sector, focusing on livestock feed solutions, particularly milk replacer products. This field-based role involves managing relationships with large-scale clients, delivering technical expertise and driving business growth through exceptional customer service and advisory support.

Key responsibilities include managing high-value customer accounts, providing tailored technical advice on milk replacer products and building strong relationships with stakeholders. You will monitor customer performance to identify growth opportunities, act as a trusted advisor offering solution-driven insights and conduct farm visits to evaluate on-site needs and provide practical solutions. Regular client and farm visits, combined with periodic office meetings, are central to this role.

The Candidate:
- Experience in account management, business development, or technical advisory roles within the agricultural sector
- Knowledge of livestock nutrition and a clear understanding of milk replacer products
- Strong interpersonal skills to manage relationships with key clients effectively
- The ability to interpret and analyse customer performance data to provide tailored solutions
- A proactive, solutions-focused attitude with the ability to work independently
- Ideally, you will be based in the South West or willing to travel across the region to manage customer accounts.

The Package:
- Competitive salary based on experience £40,000 - £55,000
