Utility Product Manager at Kawasaki Motors
Location: UK (Home-based with extensive travel)

Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Utility Manager to join our Kawasaki team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing Kawasaki UK’s utility dealers. Your focus will be to drive sales performance whilst upholding Kawasaki’s brand values. Supporting the UK network with product training on our Mule and KVF ranges, information and motivation. You will also play a key role in local marketing initiatives, dealer performance management, and fostering long-term business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the UK network of utility dealers, ensuring strong performance and alignment with company goals
- Monitor dealer performance through key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Track and report on competitor activities, providing insights for strategic decisions
- Lead planning and participation in local and national shows/events
- Work closely with the Business Operations Manager and Sales & Marketing Manager on dealer appointments and relationship management
- Manage dealer debt and control relevant budgets (dealer support, demonstrators, fleet management)
- Enhance your commercial, influencing, and negotiation skills
Working Conditions
- Extensive UK travel required
- Home-based role with operations focused within the designated trading area
What We're Looking For
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record in dealer management
- Experience in the utility market with a strong understanding of Agricultural, Game and Horticultural sectors
- Excellent communication, commercial, and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently
- A passion for Kawasaki and its values
