Agricultural and Rural Business Consultant - Shropshire - £45,000 + Bonus

The Job:
- Manage key relationships with farm and estate clients
- Provide day-to-day management and consultancy services across various agricultural and rural enterprises
- Oversee budgeting and financial planning for rural businesses, working closely with an in-house accounts team
- Draft and manage contract farming, share farming, and grazing agreements
- Conduct in-depth strategic business reviews
- Handle a variety of one-off consultancy projects as needed.

The Candidate:
We are looking for someone with excellent communication and networking skills, able to nurture client relationships and develop new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will also have:
- Prior experience in consultancy, with a strong understanding of market trends and commercial awareness
- Practical experience in agricultural or estate management
- At least 3 years of post-graduation experience
- A personable, confident, and positive attitude
- Proven leadership potential and the ability to communicate effectively with a strategic mindset
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- A deep understanding of rural property and the factors influencing agricultural land markets
