The Job:
Our client is seeking an experienced Arboricultural Contracts Manager to take a lead role in costing, planning, and managing arboricultural contracting activities. This is an excellent opportunity for a knowledgeable professional to oversee a wide range of tree management projects, ensuring high standards of service and compliance.

The Candidate:
- Significant experience in the arboriculture sector
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively
- Strong communication and client management skills are essential
- Excellent organisational and project planning abilities
- Level 2 qualification in Arboriculture and relevant NPTC certifications, with continued professional development demonstrated
- Full UK driving licence is required, and trailer certification would be an advantage
- Experience working within an Arboricultural Association Approved Contractor framework is desirable

The Package:
- Salary competitive salary up to £40,000 DOE
- Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)
- Benefits: 26 days annual leave (+ bank holidays)
- Location: Oxfordshire or Northamptonshire (office-based with fieldwork)
