The Job:
We are seeking an Assistant Farm Manager to support and act as deputy to the Farm Manager at one of our breeder farms. In this role, you will be hands-on with farm operations, overseeing bird welfare, farm administration, equipment management, and coordination with site contractors. The ideal candidate is passionate about agriculture and skilled in effectively managing daily farm activities.
- Oversee and guide farm staff, ensuring a productive and supportive environment
- Maintain high standards of bird welfare at all times
- Conduct daily monitoring and record-keeping as required

The Candidate:
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management abilities
- Proficiency in basic computer applications
- Prior experience in the poultry industry is essential
- NVQ Level 2 in Poultry Production or equivalent

The Package:
- Full-time
- £29,000.00 - £31,000.00 per year
- Company pension
- On-site parking
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability needed
