The Job:
We are recruiting for a Farm manager based in Devon. This role involves overseeing the breeding operations on a new broiler breeding site, key responsibilities include
- Managing livestock breeding programs, ensuring health, welfare, and productivity
- Supervising daily operations, including feed, housing, and veterinary care
- Leading a team of assistants and technicians to deliver high standards of care and efficiency
- Monitoring and improving processes to enhance sustainability and production outcomes
- Managing budgets, inventory, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Liaising with external stakeholders such as suppliers, consultants, and industry bodies

The Candidate:
- Proven track record in farm or livestock management, particularly in breeding programs

- The ability to analyse data and improve operational outcomes

The Package:
- Competitive salary (indicative range: £42,000–£48,000 based on experience)
- 4 Bed barn conversion, fully furnished with refurbished facilities
