Grazing Coordinator
Grazing Coordinator-Surrey- £32,000 DOE + On-call Allowance + Flexible Working
The Job:
- Coordinate and implement annual grazing programmes across conservation sites to meet biodiversity objectives
- Manage livestock welfare and ensure compliance with health, safety, and public safety regulations
- Oversee practical tasks such as calving, haymaking, and grazing across multiple sites
- Collaborate with external clients, delivering contract grazing services and reviewing biodiversity performance

The Candidate:
- Strong knowledge of conservation grazing, livestock management, and countryside practices
- Proven experience in habitat restoration and livestock care
- Familiarity with statutory land management requirements and ecology
- Full driving licence, with trailer and tractor qualifications (LANTRA/NPTC desirable)
The Package:
- £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
- £2,000 annual on-call allowance
- Flexible working environment
- 22+ days holiday plus Bank Holidays
