This is an excellent role for an experienced Area Manager or an ambitious Farm Manager with poultry expertise, looking to advance their career. You will ensure company standards are maintained, support your teams, and oversee day-to-day farm operations.

The Candidate:
- Proven experience in poultry farming, ideally in a technical farm support role
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Knowledge of hygiene and biosecurity standards
