The Company:
A leading law firm dedicated to serving the agricultural sector, who pride themselves on delivering expert legal advice, helping their clients secure their livelihoods and legacies. As part of their ongoing growth strategy, our client is building a specialist rural division over the next 2 years to specifically support the rural / agricultural customer base in the Hertfordshire and Cambridgeshire region.

The Job:
We are seeking qualified Solicitors (all levels post qualification) to join a collaborative, dedicate and supportive team. The ideal candidate will have a strong rural background (professionally or personally), with a passion for supporting clients in this unique field. It’s rare to work with a firm who are primarily focused on employees wellbeing and healthy work / life balance.  This firm offers working hours to suit the individual (part time, reduced hours and full time), hybrid working and an excellent benefits package.

The Candidate:
- Qualified solicitor either with a focus on agricultural law, or a rural / agricultural background personally
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- A genuine passion for the agricultural sector
