The Job: An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Arable Farm Manager to join a well-established farming business in Hampshire. This role involves the day-to-day management of a mixed farm, with responsibilities spanning budgeting, financial planning, capital and input purchasing, and grain trading.
In addition to traditional arable farm operations, the farm has also expanded into on-farm diversification projects, including Christmas tree growing. The role remains hands-on, with responsibilities including combine driving at harvest and drilling in the autumn.

- Managing the day-to-day operations of the farm.
- Overseeing budgeting, financial planning, capital & input purchasing, and grain trading.
- Driving the combine at harvest and operating a drill in autumn.
- Supporting on-farm diversification projects, including Christmas tree growing.
- Ensuring high standards of health & safety.
- Leading and working as part of a tight-knit team to ensure smooth farm operations.

Your CV should demonstrate:
- Proven experience in a similar farm management role.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A strong commitment to health & safety.
- Attention to detail and pride in high-quality farm operations.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Some livestock experience would be an advantage but is not essential.
