Agricultural Store Manager
Agricultural Store Manager – Cheshire - £55,000 DOE + Progression
The Job:
As Agricultural Store Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the existing customer base while proactively seeking new sales opportunities. Achieving and surpassing sales budgets will be essential, supported by your ability to train, mentor and lead your team effectively.
You will ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained, manage stock levels to keep the store adequately supplied and presentable, and conduct regular, accurate stocktakes. Additionally, you will oversee staff reviews to identify training needs and career development opportunities, handle any issues with staff or customers professionally, and ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations on-site.
Regular communication with internal teams, including product specialists, marketing, purchasing, accounts and IT, will be key to your success, along with occasional travel to support other locations as needed.
