Procurement Manager (Food Waste) – East Lothian -up to £60,000 + Bonus + Car allowance
Role Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of the sustainable agriculture process.
As the Procurement Manager, you will play a vital role in our organization by overseeing the sourcing, procurement, transportation, and storage of raw materials for our anaerobic digestion / biogas production facility. Your strategic approach and strong negotiation skills will ensure a reliable and cost-effective supply chain, as well as contributing to the success of the sustainable agriculture process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategy to secure reliable and cost-effective material supply.
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiating contracts for favourable terms and conditions.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with operations for timely material delivery.
- Collaborate closely with the operations & maintenance team to ensure materials meet quality and quantity requirements.
The Candidate:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the waste or agricultural industry.
- Strong knowledge of anaerobic digestion, waste or agricultural sectors.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Competitive basic salary package up to £60,000+ Bonus
