The Job: 
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Poultry Farm Manager at a thriving Rearing farm in Scotland. You will take charge of the day-to-day operations, including health and safety, compliance, animal husbandry, biosecurity, and managing a skilled team. This role requires a proactive leader with excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and the capacity to respond swiftly to challenges while efficiently prioritising tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily farm operations and ensure all procedures are followed
- Maintain high standards of health, safety, and biosecurity
- Lead and motivate the farm team
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations
- Manage animal welfare and husbandry
- Report regularly on farm performance and issues

The Candidate:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the poultry industry
- Proven ability to manage and lead a team
- Strong communication skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Willing to live or relocate to Scotland
- A poultry-related qualification is desirable but not essential

The Package:
- Salary up to £38,500 DOE
- Accommodation
