- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand our market share in the dairy hygiene products industry.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including building relationships with potential clients and partners.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a sales team to achieve targets and drive revenue growth.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences and use this information to refine our product offerings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and campaigns.
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the dairy or agricultural industry.

- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

- Knowledge of dairy hygiene products and their applications is a plus.
