The Job:
Are you an established Ecological Consultant eager for a new challenge? Do you have the desire to develop your team and share your knowledge?
We have an exciting opportunity for you to join an industry leader in landscape architecture! You will play a key role in managing the expanding ecology team, securing new business, and maintaining various projects with industry-leading ecological detail.

The Candidate:
- Experience in managing and supporting an ecology team within a consultancy environment
- Expertise in providing ecological input for planning applications, conducting field surveys and writing detailed reports
- Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities, write fee proposals, manage project budgets and control project timelines
- A degree in Ecology or a related subject, with significant experience in project delivery
- Membership in a professional body such as CIEEM or CIWEM and licensed for at least one protected species
- Strong organisational skills, a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and a commitment to professional growth and knowledge-sharing

The Package:
- Competitive salary between £40,000 and £50,000 DOE
