Poultry Farms Catching Manager – East Anglia
The Job Vacancy:
This Poultry Catching Manager job vacancy is working for a major UK organic poultry breeder and supplier. You will cover a variety of farms across East Anglia. The Catching Manager will be responsible for overseeing the live bird catching operation, whilst ensuring compliance to bird welfare legislation, company procedures and safety standards. The Company:
Our client grows and processes free range and organic chickens and turkeys to RSPCA Freedom Food standards in unspoilt East Anglian countryside, while their purpose-designed processing centre, also Freedom Food approved, guarantees their birds continue to receive the utmost care.
The Candidate:
- Previous poultry farm experience.
- Willingness to learn and embrace the high welfare attitude of the company.
- Able to communicate clearly and concisely.
- Excellent people management skills.
