The Job:
We're looking for a dynamic individual to join a thriving team, managing a fleet of 20 drivers and ensuring seamless transport operations. You'll take charge of a fleet that includes 5 bunkers and 4 bag lorries.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the transport of grain and feed loads
- Managing and motivating a team of drivers to deliver exceptional performance
- Ensuring compliance with all transport regulations and operational standards
- Streamlining processes for efficient delivery and customer satisfaction
- Playing a pivotal role in the development and expansion of the fleet

This is a role for someone who can hit the ground running and make an immediate impact on the business.

The Candidate:
- 4+ years of experience in a similar transport management role

The Package:
- Salary £44,000 - £48,000 DOE
