The Job:
- Manage key relationships with farm and estate clients.
- Provide day-to-day management and consultancy services across various agricultural and rural enterprises.
- Oversee budgeting and financial planning for rural businesses, working closely with an in-house accounts team.
- Draft and manage contract farming, share farming, and grazing agreements.
- Conduct in-depth strategic business reviews.
- Handle a variety of one-off consultancy projects as needed.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication and networking skills, able to nurture client relationships and develop new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will also have:
- Prior experience in consultancy, with a strong understanding of market trends and commercial awareness.
- Practical experience in agricultural or estate management.
- At least 3 years of post-graduation experience.
- A personable, confident, and positive attitude.
- Proven leadership potential and the ability to communicate effectively with a strategic mindset.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- A deep understanding of rural property and the factors influencing agricultural land markets.
