- Ensuring high standards of animal welfare, biosecurity, and site security are maintained at all times
- Supervising other staff members and liaising with other departments for collection and delivery of eggs
- Maintaining accurate records
- Basic servicing of machinery

The Candidate:
- Previous experience working in a hatchery environment (organic or free range experience preferred)
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team.
- Knowledge of biosecurity, animal welfare, and health and safety standards in a hatchery setting
- Excellent organisational skills
- Full UK Driving License
- Salary based on experience –(up to £40,000 per annum)
- 3-bedroom house included
- 25 days annual leave
- Company pension
