UK Sales Manager-Electric Vehicles

Are you ready to lead the charge in the electric vehicle revolution? Join our client as their UK Electric Vehicle Sales Manager, where you’ll spearhead their electric vehicle division, driving growth and profitability while shaping the future of sustainable transportation in the UK.

The Job:

  • Responsible for driving sales and profitability: Lead sales initiatives, manage profit and loss, and grow their market share by identifying key opportunities.

  • Customer and Key Account Management: Build strong relationships, ensuring seamless communication with key clients, and drive brand loyalty.

  • Stock and Cost Control: Manage inventory and cost-efficiency like an owner, improving profitability through smart stock management and accurate forecasting.

  • Brand Development: Collaborate with marketing and suppliers to boost market penetration, launch new products, and deliver winning customer service.

  • Planning and Strategy: Develop short and long-term plans, lead communication across teams, and ensure alignment on sales and customer service objectives.


The Candidate:

  • Proven experience in electric vehicles, golf cars, or related sectors (Turfcare, Automotive, Industrial, or Leisure markets).

  • Strong leadership and communication skills and customer-centric approach.

  • Strategic thinking with the ability to identify commercial opportunities and drive them forward.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and CRM systems.

  • A proactive, can-do attitude with a passion for exceeding targets and developing innovative solutions.


The Package:

  • Salary to £52,000 DOE

  • Bonus
