Head of Commercial Research - Yorkshire - Up to £80,000 DOE + Bonus + Company car
The Job:
This is a senior leadership position responsible for providing strategic direction and driving the growth of the R&D business. You will lead global teams, ensure efficient service delivery, and spearhead expansion into new markets. A key focus of the role will be ensuring client satisfaction and boosting market share in both established and emerging sectors.

The organisation's work includes grass cultivar testing, herbicide and pesticide trials, biological product evaluations, consumer product testing, and internal R&D. With its primary hub in Yorkshire and additional sites across Asia, the Middle East, and Australia, this is truly a global role.

- Strong background in maintaining high standards of scientific and technical excellence in R&D work
- Competitive salary up to £80,000
